The WeePlay Club is a smarter approach to buying just what your wee one needs for engaging play. Our recommended toys and books are among the highest quality and best value available. We’re just getting started, and will do anything we can to make your experience as positive as possible. If you receive an item that comes up short, or if our service misses the mark, please let us know ASAP via email at support@weeschool.com. We promise to make things right!

HOW DOES WEEPLAY WORK?

The WeePlay system will help you be your baby’s first and most important teacher. It consists of the WeePlay Curriculum, a set of age-appropriate play and reading activities. We call these activities Play Plans, and deliver them to you at just the right time through our WeeSchool App. Each Play Plan tells you how and when to interact with your baby (and why that play is important), and uses the toys and books available through WeePlay Club purchases and subscriptions.

HOW DOES THE WEEPLAY CLUB WORK?

The WeePlay Club is designed to save you time, money and worry by providing the toys and books your baby really needs for healthy development and preschool readiness. Join the WeePlay Club in two ways:

  • Subscribe to Bundles
    Bundles are billed and shipped four times a year. Subscribers save 10%. Cancel anytime.
  • Purchase a full year of Bundles
    Full-year purchases are billed at checkout. Full-year purchasers save 20%. Bundles are shipped quarterly during the year.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE A BUNDLE?

Bundles arrive four times a year if you’re a subscriber or have joined the WeePlay Club for a full year. Shipments are based on your baby’s age in months. Delivery is timed so that you receive the Bundle before the toys and books are called for by Play Plans in the WeeSchool App.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLES?

Each Bundle is unique, containing new toys and books to add to your ever-growing WeePlay toy chest. We cannot make substitutions or receive returns of individual items, unless the item was defective or damaged in shipping.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept gift cards or prepaid/payroll cards at this time.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?

Your card will be charged upon checkout for the purchase of individual Bundles or a full-year of Bundles.

If you subscribe to quarterly Bundle delivery, your card will be charged upon checkout for the first Bundle, and then just prior to shipment of future quarterly Bundles. You will receive a confirmation email prior to the charge. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Of course, we’re sorry to lose you. Return to the confirmation email you received after subscribing. Use the link on the email to manage your account.

If you want to cancel a full-year purchase, please contact us at support@weeschool.com. You will be credited for Bundles received at the individual Bundle purchase price.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship only to the continental United States. We are not able to ship to U.S. military or diplomatic shipping addresses at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?

We use USPS to ship Bundles. The cost of delivery by USPS is included in the purchase price. Delivery by other services is available during checkout, but additional charges apply. You can expect Bundles to arrive 3-7 days after shipping.

HOW DO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WORK?

We will provide exchanges for any Bundles or individual items damaged in shipment. We also will provide exchanges for any individual defective products in Bundles.

We will accept returns of entire Bundles if the toys and books are in the same condition they were in when delivered — packaged and ready for use by another family. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the Bundle to us. See our Returns and Refunds Policy below for details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS OF BUNDLES

To be eligible for return, all of the items in the Bundle must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were in when received.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, when an item in the Bundle is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or the Bundle is missing items.

RETURNS OF INDIVIDUAL TOYS OR BOOKS

Please do not send any defective products back to its manufacturer or publisher. We will replace items that arrived damaged or defective.

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that acknowledges receipt of the return and how the refund request will be handled. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If your refund doesn’t arrive after a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It often takes financial institutions some time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING


Before returning a Bundle, please contact support@weeschool.com. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
